Shenandoah Arms had been an apartment building  since 1924 when we found it in 2006.  We wanted to bring some South Beach style to a location most definitely not on the beach.  In so many way this is the project we are the most proud of, as we did so much for so much less.  

The building received completely new electrical, plumbing throughout, new drywall, new floor plans, new custom kitchens with gourmet appliances, new bathrooms, new lighting, new hurricane windows, central a/c as well as ceiling fans and washer and dryers in every apartment
